Bakery Dispatch
Pack eight bakery orders by converting weights and liquid capacities. Choose a labeled shipment and select Load crate. The loading gauge shows whether the shipment is short, over, or just right.
Read the order
Look at the amount on the ticket and the rule below it. Multiply the number of larger units by the rule, then add any smaller units on the ticket.
Choose a shipment
Select the sack, box, or jug whose label has the equivalent amount. Use a tap, a click, or keys 1–3.
Load crate
Select Load crate or press Enter after choosing. The gauge compares the shipment with the target line. If the amount is short or over, choose again.
Send the next delivery
An exact match earns points and shows the completed conversion. Select Next order to continue or Play again after the eighth delivery.
Pack a bakery crate
Choose a sack, box, or jug and select Load crate. The chosen shipment moves to the crate and the gauge compares it with the order.
Four conversion rules
Work with pounds and ounces, kilograms and grams, gallons and quarts, and liters and milliliters. The one-unit rule is visible during each order.
Feedback and retries
A short or oversized shipment leaves the order open and resets Streak. Keep your points and try a different shipment, with no timer.
Eight orders per run
Every run covers all four conversions twice. Later orders include mixed units. Play again draws new amounts, and Best is saved in this browser when storage is available.
Bakery Dispatch is a fourth grade measurement game. Bakery orders arrive in larger units, but the shipments are labeled in smaller units. Load the crate with a shipment that preserves the amount while changing the unit. The gauge shows how the chosen amount compares with the order; the artwork is not a measuring instrument. For example, an order for 2 lb 4 oz needs 36 oz. One pound is 16 ounces, so 2 × 16 + 4 = 36. A shipment with 32 oz is short because it leaves out the extra 4 oz.
See what stays the same
Changing the unit changes the number on the label, while the weight or capacity stays equal.
Practice multiplication and addition
Use the conversion factor for the larger units first and add the remainder when an order has mixed units.
Compare amounts
The gauge and feedback distinguish too little from too much, so a wrong choice gives you information for the next try.
Review both measurement systems
The same run uses metric and customary units, with a rule beside each order so learners can focus on how to use it.
One pound equals 16 ounces, one kilogram equals 1,000 grams, one gallon equals 4 quarts, and one liter equals 1,000 milliliters. The game converts within each system.
The first four orders use whole larger units. The last four add a smaller-unit amount, such as the 4 oz in 2 lb 4 oz.
The gauge and message show whether you packed too little or too much. Your Score stays the same, Streak returns to zero, and you can retry the order.
An exact match earns 100 points plus 10 for each order in the current Streak, up to 50 bonus points. Best is the highest Score saved on this browser.
No typing is needed. Tap or click the shipments and buttons, or use Tab and Enter. Keys 1–3 select a shipment, and Enter loads it when the game has focus.
