On Easy the scale tips 20–28 degrees (very obvious) and only asks 'heavier' questions. On Medium the tip is 12–20 degrees and mixes heavier/lighter questions. On Hard the tip is just 5–10 degrees, requiring careful observation, and includes both question types.

Do the objects reflect real-world weights?

Yes! Each puzzle always pairs one object from the 'heavy' pool (rock, elephant, car, whale…) with one from the 'light' pool (feather, balloon, butterfly, leaf…), so the winner always matches real-world weight intuition.
