How to play Mars Rover Sampling

  1. 1

    Traverse the terrain

    Drive with W, A, S, and D. Steer around large rocks. Watch the rover suspension respond to the uneven ground.

  2. 2

    Collect a sample

    Follow the marker to an outcrop and release the controls. Press Drill or Space and stay stopped until the sample is secured.

  3. 3

    Return to the lander

    Collect all three samples, return to the lander, and stop. The lander can recharge the battery. Restart recovers a depleted rover.
